Lucas gulped down his water at an unprecedented rate. The bottle crinkled and collapsed on itself as he drank his fill. Screwing the cap back on he shoved the water bottle back into his hiking bag.

Pulling out his phone Lucas browsed the web as he rested his legs.

The riolu and rockruff roll in the dirt as they tussle. Sounds of battle rang down the mountainside as they threw attacks at each other. The ground became cracked from rock smashes and stone edges thrown without relent.

To mitigate further damage Lucas returned the rockruff and released an alolan golem with a groomed mustache. "Discharge." After an initial charge up between the growths on its back the attack is unleashed. It struck the riolu and sent it flying into a nearby boulder with a resounding thud.

Lucas threw a pokeball.
